We offer same day shipping (not delivery) on all orders to Canada over $80 CAD or more and on all orders to USA over $200 CAD or more . We use Canada Post Expedited shipping option for free shipping in Canada. Our Express Shipping option is processed through Canada Post XpressPost.

We process in-stock orders everyday 7 days a week unless on a Canadian Holiday. Typically, In-stock orders placed will processed and shipped the next business day. Delivery takes 3-8 business days depending on your location.

Our 30-day warranty begins the day the items are delivered. Customer assumes all cost in shipping items back to Nimbus Pods, and Nimbus Pods assume all cost in shipping the item back to the customer. Shipping cost is non-refundable/creditable.

If we make an error when fulfilling your order, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving your package to initiate a claim. A brief email to info@nimbuspods.com alerting us of an error is the quickest way of initiating claims.

Items that are DOA (Dead on Arrival) or still under warranty, are eligible for an exchange only. We will exchange the item with the exact same item, in the exact same colour. Exceptions may apply if the item is no longer being actively stocked.

Every package that we ship utilizes Canada Post's Age Verification service. This means that in order for Canada Post to hand over the package, you must verify that you are of legal smoking age in your province or state. If Canada Post cannot verify your age, they will ship the items back to us.

Once the items return, final sale items (as outlined below) are non-refundable. Any items that are eligible for a refund will be done so minus a FIFTY PERCENT (50%) restocking fee, as well as any shipping charges incurred for shipping the items to you, and for Canada Post to ship them back to us. This is absolutely non-negotiable. If you are underage, please do not order items, you will lose money doing so.

All RELX Alpha products have been discontinued and are no longer in production by RELX since 2020. All RELX Alpha products will be FINAL SALE. For customers that still prefer to use their Alpha device, please contact our customer service at info@nimbuspods.com if the flavor you are looking for is out of stock. We will try our best to restock from our supplier as per request. Depending on the flavor, this product may be past best before date as production of this product has been discontinued. Please order at your discretion.

Due to the nature of the packaging of these pods, we are not responsible for any condensation that may occur from shipping through air mail (international orders). The lack of seals on these pods and the changes in pressure when shipping may cause some e-liquid to seep out while in cargo. If this occurs, please wipe down any excess e-liquids prior to consumption. This does not occur with the RELX Classic and RELX Infinity pods.
