who are you guys?

Welcome! We are Nimbus Pods. Your no. 1 provider of any closed system vaporizers and vape pods in North America. We have been in the vaping industry for 8+ years and we aim to give you the best quality products at the lowest prices guaranteed. We are one of RELX's official distributers in Canada. We have been working very closely with them for 2 years and we receive all of our RELX inventory from RELX Canada. We are registered on their site as one of their official partners. You can check this on ca.relxnow.com under "Store Locator" Proof

relx authenticity?

You can check by scanning the QR Code on any official RELX product or you can visit here. Scratch off the grey area to reveal a code which you can enter the code on their Verification Page.

where do you ship to?

We ship to Canada and USA. Due to current international laws regarding vaping, any international orders will first be reviewed by our support team to examine if there are legal shipping restrictions into your country. If you would like to inquire about shipping outside of Canada, please email us at info@nimbuspods.com


We ship all of our products from Canada. One of the advantages with this is that we do not dropship from China and shipping takes roughly 5-8 business days depending on the location and shipping you choose during checkout.

what is your shipping process?

Orders made before 4:00PM PST will be shipped on the same day. We utilize Canada Post for Canadian orders. We also offer Free Shipping to Canada if your order total is $80 or more. Delivery takes about 2-6 business days depending on your location.

Are all your prices listed in CAD or USD?

All of our prices on our store are listed in CAD. You can change the currency by clicking on the currency symbol on the top right of our webpage. Once you are billed after checkout, the value will be converted automatically from CAD to USD.
