We at Nimbus Pods offer a couple of shipping options to our customers. The shipping method you choose does not affect how fast your orders get processed. We try to ship all in-stock orders on the next business day (Canadian Statutory Holiday excluded). In some situations however it may take up to 2 days to process and ship your order. If this is the case we will let you know by e-mail before we process your order.
Delivery typically takes about 8-15 business days depending on your location. We use Canada Post to ship to CANADA, USA and to the rest of the world.
Our packages are packaged discreetly for your security. Backordered items will ship as soon as they come back in stock. Shipping rates are calculated at the checkout page.
We offer free shipping on all orders in CANADA on orders over $80 CAD or more and in the USA on orders over $200 CAD or more. We use Canada Post Expedited shipping option for our Free Shipping option and Canada Post XpressPost for Express Shipping for orders destined for Canada address. Any orders made before 6:00 PM EST will be shipped on the same day.
We process in-stock orders everyday, 7 days a week, unless on a Canadian Holiday. Delivery takes about 2-6 business days depending on your location.
Please note, if you receive a tracking number during a weekend or major holiday, your order is prepared for shipment, but is not handed off to a shipping carrier until the following day. We reserve the right to additional processing time if any questions or concerns regarding your order arise. Canada Post does not deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday, or major Canadian holidays.
We ship using Canada Post. We are unable to use FedEX, DHL or any other shipping carrier.
Nimbus Pods is not responsible for any items seized or sent back by customs. Any orders sent back to us due to unpaid duties or any local regulation or restriction will incur a 10% stocking fee and we will not refund your postage. Customers are responsible for knowing their country’s/region’s regulations prior to ordering for any restrictions such as nicotine strength maximums, liquid volume limitations, etc.
Should an order be placed to any country with limitations regarding vaporizer products, it is agreed that the customer understands their country’s/region’s regulation and assumes all risk/responsibility for the order.
CANADA EXTENDED SHIPPING/WARRANTY POLICY (Domestic)
As we carry products with varying nicotine strength, customers are responsible for knowing the provincial restriction of the province they reside in. In events where customers purchase products that exceed limits of their region, our team will cancel and process a refund for the full order; any orders refunded due to this will incur a minus 5% transaction fee during the refund process.
USA EXTENDED SHIPPING/WARRANTY POLICY (International)
Due to export restrictions for vape products from Canada, CanadaPost to USPS is the only method of shipping available for product exports to the USA.
After April 26th 2021, USPS will be updating their policies in regards to the PACT Act. Our sales and services to the USA will continue, but any loss of packages due to violation of the PACT Act is non-refundable. In scenarios where a package is rejected by US customs, Nimbus Pods will only issue a refund once the content has been successfully returned to our warehouse and confirmed by our team.
Additionally, due to the new changes in USPS's shipping policies, any lost packages by USPS are no longer insurable, and we will not be able to provide support for orders affected by such.
Further, any products sent to the USA are not eligible for in-store warranty nor manufacturer’s warranty. As return shipments from the USA are not possible due shipment/export regulation, all orders to the USA are considered Final Sale.
In the event of policies from other subsections conflicting with the terms from this section, terms regarding the USA shipping policies supersedes all other subsections for any orders shipped to the USA.

AUSTRALIA EXTENDED SHIPPING/WARRANTY (International)
Due to export restrictions for vape products from Canada, CanadaPost to Australia Post is the only method of shipping available for product exports to Australia.
While we do offer sales to Australia, customers need to ensure that they are familiar with the international shipping policies of their country. As noted on the Australian Border Force website, ABF may seize tobacco products imported via mail and issue an infringement notice or prosecute the intended recipient.
All orders to Australia are considered Final Sale.
In the event of policies from other subsections conflicting with the terms from this section, terms regarding Australia shipping policies supersedes all other subsections for any orders shipped to Australia.
INTERNATIONAL EXTENDED SHIPPING/WARRANTY SHIPPING POLICY
Any international shoppers not included in the policies above will be included in the following section.
Any orders destined to countries with specific vape product bans or export restrictions to Canada are considered final sale. Customers are responsible for knowing the restriction of the country they reside in. Should your order be processed by us and confiscated at customs for exceeding quantity regulations, we will not be issuing any form of credit unless the package is returned back to our processing centre and confirmed by warehouse staff.
If any orders were to be made to the following countries, your order will be cancelled and refunded; any orders refunded due to this will incur a minus 5% transaction fee during the refund process.
Countries vaping is fully banned in:
Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Columbia, Uruguay, Egypt, Iran, Turkey, Syria, Nepal, Bhutan, India, Cambodia, Burma, Thailand, Malaysia
Tracking numbers are automatically generated when we create your shipping label during order processing. An email containing the tracking number with the subject "Your order has shipped!" is then sent to the email address you provided during checkout. Please check your email's "spam" folders if you did not receive a tracking number. If you do not receive an order confirmation email or tracking email after shopping with us, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and have the email address, name, and shipping address provided during checkout ready for our team to assist you.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Order changes or cancellations are possible. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate any changes as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, you must return the package to us prior to receiving a refund. Shipping fees are not refundable.
Any orders with items or shipment destinations noted as “Final sale” on the products page, Terms & Condition, Shipping Policies, and Returns & Warranty page is considered complete upon confirmation from the postal service of successful delivery. Nimbus Pods is not accountable for any claims of lost packages or shipment damage for any “Final sale” orders. Nimbus Pods will not provide shipment support, warranty/return, or product troubleshooting for any orders including “Final sale” items or to destinations noted as “Final sale”.
