We at Nimbus Pods offer a couple of shipping options to our customers. The shipping method you choose does not affect how fast your orders get processed. We try to ship all in-stock orders on the next business day. In some situations however it may take up to 2 days to process and ship your order. If this is the case we will let you know by e-mail before we process your order.
Delivery takes about 2-6 business days depending on your location. We use Canada Post to ship to CANADA, USA and to the rest of the world.
Our packages are packaged discreetly for your security. Backordered items will ship as soon as they come back in stock. Shipping rates are calculated at the checkout page.
We offer free shipping on all orders in CANADA on orders over $80 CAD or more and in USA on orders over $200 CAD or more. We use Canada Post Expedited shipping option for our Free Shipping option and Canada Post XpressPost for Express Shipping. Any orders made before 3:00PM PST will be shipped on the same day.
We process in-stock orders everyday, 7 days a week, unless on a Canadian Holiday. Delivery takes about 2-5 business days depending on your location.
Please note, if you receive a tracking number during a weekend or major holiday, your order is prepared for shipment, but is not handed off to a shipping carrier until the following day. We reserve the right to additional processing time if any questions or concerns regarding your order arise. Canada Post does not deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday, or major Canadian holidays.
We ship using Canada Post. We are unable to use FedEX, DHL or any other shipping carrier.
Nimbus Pods is not responsible for any items seized or sent back by customs. Any orders sent back to us due to unpaid duties or any issues regarding declaring your package with customs will incur a 10% stocking fee and we will not refund your postage. Please check with the local regulations within your area prior to ordering for any restrictions such as nicotine strength cap, liquid volume limitations and etc.
Tracking numbers are automatically generated when we print your shipping label during order processing. An email containing the tracking number with the subject "Your order has shipped!" is then sent to the email address you provided during checkout. Please check your email's "spam" folders if you did not receive a tracking number.
You may also find and view all tracking information directly by logging in to "My Account". Canadian customers can track their packages using http://www.canadapost.ca.
Order changes or cancellations are possible. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate any changes as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped, you must return the package to us prior to receiving a refund, shipping fees are not refundable.
